Our vision to Plant Vibrant Campus Missions in 2019 has been carried forward on God’s grace and power! He continues to bless and equip us as we reach out to young people in our great nation and from around the world. Moving forward with our growth and mission, we were blessed to take on Casey Coston (a 15 year campus mission vet.) as our Campus minister in 2019. The Board and I have transitioned my role to focus on recruiting and planning, and while the transition has brought both joy and fear of the unknown, it has been encouraging to see how God continues to bless our ministry in times of change!
Continuing this theme of change, we took a leap of faith at DCCMF and acquired a “Doing Business As” for the foundation. We chose our new name “Reflect Campus Missions” to help us better promote our mission of reflecting God’s glory while transforming lives.
The Board and I thought of Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit."
We move forward with the same team and mission to fulfill the great commission: Making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit!
I have attached a >> PDF of our annual report.<< If you would like to see how God is working through our ministry, please take the time to click and read the included 10 pages of picture filled 2019 highlights of both the Blue Hens for Christ and our mission plant!
Spoiler Topic! - One of the biggest blessings in 2019 was the elders at Newark Church of Christ helping us to build an emergency fund as the majority of our staff is self-fundraised.
